Apolo End Table
The Apolo table is made of ceramic, handcrafted in chamotte stoneware (containing grains of sand). It is available in the following stoneware colours: ecru, beige, ochre, and black. Each table is signed, numbered, and available for order within a timeframe of 4 to 8 weeks.
The tabletop is made of unique, unpolished grey marble.
The base is made of ceramic.
Manufacturing:
The clay is fired two to three times at temperatures ranging from 900 to 1400 degrees. This process gives the object a solidness similar to that of stone. Through assembly, modelling, sculpting, and different firings, the object comes to life. The earth is an almost “living” material due to its movements between drying and firing, making each piece unique. The curves are irregular and imperfect, and the dimensions may vary slightly.
