“Lucille” Side Table
The Lucille Side Table is hand built using the centuries old technique of coopering. SWM STUDIO honors this age old tradition of craftmanship while also utilizing the modern engineered material of MDF. This humble and often looked down upon materials is elevated when treated with reverence and respect. The table is handrubbed with Linseed oil and Beeswax which reimbues the MDF with life and beauty. Subtles in the material are exencuated in the finish making no two piece unique, a quality with celebrate and cherish.
